Split

Split, with its surroundings, is the second most populous Croatian city, yet several times smaller than the capital, Zagreb. Split enjoys a peaceful life in the city's outskirts and surrounding suburbs, where it merges with the nearby towns of Solin and Kaštela, which gravitate towards it, forming a moderately populated infrastructural unit. Here, every property is just a few minutes away from the sea, most of them facing south and west, with short winters and a long warm period for the rest of the year. Split is not a bustling city; it offers conditions for a life with much time spent outdoors, in nature, with a moderate warm climate, and an exceptionally rich cultural and historical environment. Nevertheless, as the second most populous city, it is a self-sufficient entity providing all the amenities of a European city. Split's historical center is an exclusive destination for tourists and a location for living. Within the city core, luxurious properties are offered in unique locations, for example, a luxury apartment in a stone house within a thousand-year-old palace, from which you can walk a hundred meters to the beach; a penthouse above the Split Riva; properties like Art Nouveau villas in a quiet park; but also small accommodation units for tourist rental, which are quite a safe investment.
